Easy French Manicure Design For Valentine's Day: Today's nail art is a 'heart flowers' Valentine's French manicure tutorial. First I apply base coat to protect my natural nails from hard discoloration and giving fix base for the manicure. For the white French tips I use nail polish which one has narrow brush and by this way we don't need French mani tapes. As it gets dry I draw a black line near the nail edge. Then I take a small dotting tool and red nail polish and start to paint the 'heart flower'... One heart on the top of line and small dots on its lower part. Finally apply top coat, to protect your manicure from peeling, and keeps the polish looking shiny and glossy. That's it! We're done.. I really love this design and hope so you'll love it as well...
