PURPLE NAILS With Heart Nail Art Design: Today I show you a purple tape nail art with negative space dot design and dry marble hearts. First of all apply base coat to protect your natural nails. Fix Scotch tape in the middle. Paint the left side purple (I use sparkly polish), the right side pastel purple and don't let it dry! Paint small white dots over the pastel side and pull a needle through them. Remove the tape. Finish the design with small white dots over the empty space.
